- £10 will deliver a reconditioned hearing aid and batteries
Give text books and wall charts for a school for deaf children
- £20 will provide text books and wall charts for a school for deaf children.
Give a trained audiology technician a toolkit
- £85 will buy a maintenance ‘Toolkit’ so audiology equipment can be cared for locally
Give an audiologist the tools to measure hearing loss

- £95 will buy an ostoscope for examining the ear.
- £1,550 will buy a diagnostic audiometer to measure hearing loss
- £2, 400 will pay for the cost of sending a technician (from across the developing countries of the commonwealth) onto a six week Intensive Audiology Maintenance Training Course.
Give a community in a developing country an ear care clinic (HARK!)
- £10,000 will equip a mobile HARK! (Hearing, Assessment and Research Clinic) with audiology diagnostic equipment, including ostoscopes, tympanometers and audiometers.
- £47,000 will build a bespoke mobile HARK! clinic based on a Land Rover Defender 130 field ambulance. This quality vehicle is required to ensure that the problems posed by difficult terrain, and inadequate roads in rural areas, are minimised.
