How you can help

In developing countries, fewer than 1 in 40 people who need a hearing aid currently have one. Please help us to continue to serve some of the world’s most disadvantages children by supporting our work today. With your help through donating, fundraising and spreading the word about our work we can invest in a brighter future for deaf children.
One big cause of hearing loss in the developing world is malaria. Just £1 can provide a mosquito net which will help to eradicate this problem.
It costs us on average £4 to test each child seen by our HARK!s. We currently test around 60,000 people every year.
A mere £10 provides a hearing aid and batteries for a child who desperately needs them.
For £20 we can provide text books and wall charts for a school for deaf children.
The proper tools are a vital and £75 would buy an otoscope for examining the ear on board a HARK! while for £1,550 we could get a diagnostic audiometer to measure hearing loss.
£2,400 will pay for the cost of training one of our locally recruited project staff in basic audiology and technical maintenance.
